Partners In Internal Medicine (PiiM) is an Internal Medicine primary care physician practice serving the Washtenaw and the Western Wayne County area of Michigan. The seven-doctor physician group currently operates out of two locations in Michigan.

PiiM needed a technology firm to help make its computer systems secure, reliable, and dependable. PiiM also needed assistance to improve the performance of its clinical system at both locations. PiiM retained IntelliSuite based on referral.

IntelliSuite assisted PiiM to streamline its computer operations, delivering consistency of operations on all computer systems between their two locations. IntelliSuite used Active Directory Group Policies to tighten security and enforce business rules.

To improve access, IntelliSuite implemented Citrix technology to secure and enhance performance of PiiM’s AllScripts Impact MD EMR system.

With IntelliSuite’s achievement of PiiM’s objectives, IntelliSuite was contracted to maintain PiiM’s network on a proactive basis to assure continuous utility of its information systems.

IntelliSuite now provides on-going Help Desk support to employees and physicians.

To assure smooth operations of the IT infrastructure, IntelliSuite implemented a managed IT services platform to proactively monitor and report on critical systems. This system allows IntelliSuite to resolve issues before they interrupt business.
