Long Island Bone and Joint (LIBJ) is an orthopaedic group managed by six surgeons that operates out of two locations in Long Island, NY. LIBJ provides complete, comprehensive, and state-of-the-art orthopaedic care, including Total Joint replacements, Herniated Disc treatment, Sports Medicine, and Fracture Care for all ages.

LIBJ needed assistance to stabilize its growing IT infrastructure, links its two offices together, and provide secure remote application access to its physicians. LIBJ also needed assistance to integrate its AllScripts EMR system.

Based on referral, LIBJ invited IntelliSuite to review its needs and provide recommendations. IntelliSuite conducted an exhaustive review of LIBJ existing infrastructure and compared it to the stated needs of the practice. IntelliSuite used the information to recommend a solution.

LIBJ accepted IntelliSuite recommendation and retained IntelliSuite to implement the solution. As a result of a successful implementation, LIBJ retained IntelliSuite to provide on-going IT support of its computer network.

To achieve this objective, IntelliSuite implemented a managed IT services platform to proactively monitor and report on critical systems. This system allows IntelliSuite to resolve issues before they interrupt business. IntelliSuite also provides Help Desk support to employees and physicians.
