IntelliSuite meets with your organization to listen, understand, and discuss how the proper use of technology can have a positive impact on your business. IntelliSuite will use what we learn from this interaction as the basis for how we will help you implement technology. This important first step is essential to the success of our partnership.

Network Evaluation
IntelliSuite comes to your office and evaluates your network.  IntelliSuite provides suggestions to your practice regarding security vulnerabilities, network resource utilization, data backup reliability, and overall network health. Our recommendations take your stated business goals into account.

Installation of Remote Monitoring System
IntelliSuite installs monitoring software on your network that will inform our network monitoring team immediately if a problem occurs.  Most times, our team can identify and resolve an issue before it affects your business.

Unlimited 24/7 Help Desk Support
CareIT includes 24/7 help desk support.  IntelliSuite’s services differ from most services in that we guaranty a live person will answer your call at all times.  IntelliSuite staffs its Help Desk with level II and III network engineers so that your issues will get resolved with the first phone call.

Technology Planning Sessions
Annually, IntelliSuite will conduct a meeting with your practice to discuss your technology initiatives.  A portion of the discussion includes data that has been collected during the service period such as uptime reports, asset reporting, system utilization, etc. All of the information, together with your business goals for the new year will be used by IntelliSuite to create a technology plan.

IT Purchase and Vendor Management
As a CareIT customer, IntelliSuite’s health care technology experts are available to help you with product research, advice, and proposals.  We help you managed other technology vendors whether or not is it a product or service we have provided.  This includes ISPs, EMRs, practice management providers, as well as hardware and software vendors.
