Managed IT Services for Chicago and the Northwest Suburbs
A local IT partner headquartered on the Woodfield corridor — with a 24/7/365 help desk that never leaves the United States.
IntelliSuite delivers managed IT services to businesses across Chicago and the northwest suburbs from our headquarters at 1100 E. Woodfield Road in Schaumburg. You get a help desk staffed 24/7/365 by 100% U.S.-based Level II and Level III engineers, continuous network and endpoint monitoring, and a team close enough to put hands on the hardware when remote tools are not enough.
The company was founded in 1998 and has been headquartered in the northwest suburbs ever since. That matters on the days when a switch dies in a closet in Elk Grove Village, or a server room air conditioner fails over a holiday weekend — the moments when an offshore call queue and a shipping label are not an answer.
Fully Managed IT
We become your IT department: help desk, monitoring, patching, security, and a technology roadmap you actually own.

You have internal IT and they are underwater. We take the tickets, the after-hours coverage, or the projects nobody has time for.
How co-managed works →Second Opinion
You are not sure whether your current provider is doing the job. We will assess the environment and tell you plainly.
Request an assessment →Ninety percent of the work is remote. The other ten percent is why you want us nearby.
Modern managed IT is delivered over the wire, and it should be — remote monitoring and remediation resolve most issues before anyone files a ticket. But a meaningful slice of real incidents are stubbornly physical, and those are the ones that take a business offline for a day.
- Hardware that has actually failed — a switch, a firewall, a RAID controller, a UPS battery that died quietly two years ago
- Office moves and buildouts — cabling, racks, wireless surveys, and a cutover that has to land over a weekend
- Circuit and carrier problems — somebody has to stand in the demarc room while the carrier insists the problem is inside your building
- Onboarding a new office — acquisitions and expansions that need an environment stood up, not shipped
We are on the Woodfield corridor, minutes from I-90 and Route 53, which puts most of the northwest suburbs inside a short drive and the Loop inside a manageable one.

Office hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central, Monday through Friday. Outside those hours our help desk stays staffed 24/7/365 by 100% U.S.-based Level II and Level III engineers, so support does not stop when the office closes.
The Full Stack, Under One Agreement
Chicagoland clients come to us with a mix of aging on-premises infrastructure, a half-finished cloud migration, and a security posture that has not kept up. All three get handled by the same team, under one monthly agreement.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where is IntelliSuite located?
Our headquarters is at 1100 E. Woodfield Rd, Ste 100, Schaumburg, IL 60173, on the Woodfield corridor near I-90. We also operate an office at 1935 S. Hurstbourne Parkway, Ste 1092, Louisville, KY 40220. The help desk is 100% U.S.-based and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Do you come on-site, or is everything remote?
Both. Most issues are resolved remotely because that is faster for you, but failed hardware, cabling, office moves, wireless surveys, and carrier problems need someone in the building. Our Schaumburg location puts most of the northwest suburbs inside a short drive.
What size organizations do you support in the Chicago area?
Our clients range from single-office professional practices to multi-location organizations with thousands of users. The common thread is that technology is critical to daily operations and there is no appetite for downtime. If you have between roughly 10 and 500 employees, our managed IT agreements are built for you.
Can you work alongside our existing internal IT staff?
Yes. Many clients use IntelliSuite in a co-managed model, where our engineers take the ticket queue, after-hours coverage, or specialized projects while internal staff focus on the business. As one client's CIO put it, we excel at collaborating with and enhancing internal IT rather than replacing it.
How fast do you respond when something breaks?
Our 24/7/365 help desk is staffed by Level II and Level III engineers, and continuous monitoring is designed to catch problems before they become downtime — all backed by response targets guaranteed in writing in your service agreement, rather than one number advertised for every client.
What does managed IT cost?
Managed IT is billed as a predictable fixed monthly fee based on the number of users and endpoints and the services included, with no surprise support invoices. Because the right scope depends on your environment, we quote after an assessment rather than publishing package pricing.
What compliance frameworks do you support?
We design our security, backup, and access control practices around the controls regulators and cyber-insurers most often ask for — multi-factor authentication, encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, monitored backup with tested restores, and documented incident response. We do not claim certification or expertise under any named framework, and we will say so plainly when a requirement belongs with your compliance counsel rather than your IT provider. Healthcare organizations should see our healthcare IT page for HIPAA-specific detail.
How do we get started?
We start with a free network and security assessment. We review your infrastructure, identity and email security, backup posture, and licensing, then give you a written picture of what we found and what we would do about it. There is no obligation to proceed, and we will follow up within one business day of your inquiry.
